Booking
Registration: The school opens for registration on Saturday 8th August, at 3pm. Dinner will be served on Saturday evening.
The school closes on Wednesday 12th August with lunch. We will be expected to be off-site immediately after lunch.

Booking Options:
- Residential: participants will book for the full four nights that includes the selected course and three meals per day.
- Non-Residential: Participants will find their own accommodation off-site. If wishing to follow a full course please book for at least Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Lunch and dinner included.
- Day Visitors: for those attending for less than three days, a course for day visitors will be available each day. Lunch and dinner included.
Payment:
Payment is expected at the time of registration and no later than 7 days following the registration or by the registration closing date, whichever is sooner.
Some friends may need longer to complete payment — for example, those paying in instalments or seeking support from their Local Spiritual Assembly. In such cases, an extension may be arranged by contacting the registrar.
Refunds:
Full refunds will only be available if you cancel by 10 July 2026.
Note: In 2025 the Southern School was fully booked within two weeks of registration opening.
